We offer a five (5) Apartment/Casita hotel / Airbnb / VRBO for daily, weekly or monthly rentals. Located right downtown near everything (Batey, Mistico Sushi, Kay Nay, La Parrillada, La Gloria and many more) but NOT on the busy/noisy main street. In fact we are 3 blocks (streets) off the main street, on a quiet street yet you can walk, ride drive to everything within minutes. The ADO bus station is an easy 5 minute walk.

 

We know that working from your "new home" is the recent trend so we offer very fast internet that is fully googled meshed. Our primary service provider offer 100 mps service and we have a secondary service provider as a backup plus we have a hotspot that works off cell towers just incase. 

 

Each apartment/casita is a 1 bedroom (not a studio) that has a separate air conditioned bedroom with either a queen bed (Apartment/Casita 1 & 2) or two twin beds that can be separated or push together to make a Queen Bed (Apartment/Casita 3, 4, 5) , office/work space and full bathroom with hot shower.

Each apartment also features a living room with pull out Sofa, TV and coffee table with 4 small chairs to enjoy dinner around the TV. The kitchen features many amenities such as coffee maker, stove, toaster, microwave, fridge, pot and pans, plates and bowls, knives and forks,  cooking utensils and much more plus a fold away high top dinning table and bar stools.

The outdoors space we offer areas for BBQ, relaxation and catching up with friends. These apartments/casitas are designed to live in for months on end.
